Taking into account the latest information, protocols and tools from leading health experts and government authorities - including the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control - we are trying to maximize the effectiveness of the measures we are

taking.

● The air conditioning of each room is autonomous, with air recirculation only from the same space.

● We clean with specialized products the filters of the indoor unit of the air conditioner. Biological air conditioner evaporator is cleaned with a special antibacterial - antifungal cleaner regularly.

● We use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.

● We clean biologically (based on the manufacturer's instructions), alternator and fan in indoor and outdoor air conditioning units with special chemicals.

● In this way, the perfect and healthy operation of the air conditioner is achieved, in order to create a pleasant and clean atmosphere from germs and pathogenic microorganisms in our rooms.

Hotel associates – and their own health, safety and knowledge – are essential to an effective cleaning program. Here are some ways we’re supporting them:

● Hand Hygiene: Proper and frequent handwashing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. In our daily meetings, our teams are reminded that cleanliness starts with

this simple act. It’s important for their health and that of our guests.

● Ongoing Training: In addition to training on housekeeping and hygiene protocols, hotel associates are also completing enhanced COVID-19 awareness training.

of the check-in you should enjoy our pool bar with a welcome drink.

We know better than any other, since we only and always served excellent breakfast in the room because we did not have any closed space in the hotel, we are specialized and believe

us, you will not have to envy the breakfast buffet at all.

The pool area doesn’t have a lot of people since several villas have their own swimming pools.

The pool water contains chlorine as well the Jacuzzi.
